Fund management
As the first and only licensed Belgian alternative investment fund manager for real estate funds, our team developed extensive technical and practical knowledge of the specialised real estate investment vehicles in Belgium. We also actively participate in legislative committees to discuss, advance and anticipate future developments in the regulatory landscape.
We offer trustworthy fund management services which are subject to an investor oriented European regulatory framework, aiming at protecting investors by introducing stricter compliance around how and what information is disclosed in order to mitigate some of the inherent systemic risks.
The asset management activities are performed by Tribeca Capital Partners SA/NV a public limited liability company (“société anonyme” / “naamloze vennootschap”) duly incorporated and existing under the laws of Belgium, with its registered office located at Boulevard du Roi Albert-II 7, 1210 Saint-Josse-ten-Noode, Belgium and registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises (“Banque-Carrefour des Entreprises” / “Kruispuntbank van Ondernemingen”) under number 0878.542.955 .
The fund management activities are performed by Tribeca AIFM SA/NV, an independent alternative investment fund manager, duly authorized by the Financial Services and Markets Authority since 30 January 2018 in compliance with Article 11 et seq. of the law of 19 April 2014 on alternative investment funds and their managers which implements the Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on alternative investment fund managers and amending Directives 2003/41/EC and 2009/65/EC and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 1095/2010.
