Who we are
We are a fresh, agile team of real estate professionals active since 2006.
As a true pioneer, Tribeca was the first Real Estate Asset Manager and operating partner in Belgium and have since then developed a robust track record specialised in value add and opportunistic strategies.
Continuing on this path, we were the first in Belgium to obtain an Alternative Investment Fund Manager license to manage real estate funds in early 2018.
Our twofold business operates in a regulated and an unregulated environment* – together having executed over 2 billion EUR of real estate transactions. We are currently managing over 1,1 billion EUR of commercial real estate.
As part of a larger group of real estate companies, we are able to assist institutional investors during all phases of the real estate investment cycle. Our vertically integrated group provides our clients with a wide range of services from property and project management to company, asset and fund management services.
The fund management activities are performed by Tribeca AIFM SA/NV, an independent alternative investment fund manager, duly authorized by the Financial Services and Markets Authority since 30 January 2018 in compliance with Article 11 et seq. of the law of 19 April 2014 on alternative investment funds and their managers which implements the Directive 2011/61/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 on alternative investment fund managers and amending Directives 2003/41/EC and 2009/65/EC and Regulations (EC) No 1060/2009 and (EU) No 1095/2010.
