Founded in early 2006, Tribeca currently manages a real estate portfolio of circa 500 million EUR and has executed over 1,2 billion of real estate transactions.
At Tribeca we are convinced that an investor should best centralize all services related to a real estate investment in one hand. That is what we do.
On the basis of the strategy of our investors we source opportunities (Investment Management) and stay on board afterwards on every level.
The operational Property Management is organized by our sister company Cobelpro (www.cobelpro.be). As there exists no open market for real estate trading we believe an independent long term partner organizing all services related to the investment lifecycle contributes substantially to the performance of the investment.
Today Tribeca is one of the only independent investment houses which can deliver this integrated service. We are also intensively collaborating with banks and tenants creating new formats for the future.

As experienced transactors Tribeca Capital Partners organizes the entire acquisition and disposal process of real estate investments as well as debt raising and structuring.
We have a solid track record in sourcing good investment opportunities whether it is off market or through one of our good relations with the local agents.
Apart from achieving an exclusivity on an opportunity we structure the transaction assisted by lawyers, technical, tax and financial advisors. Not only do we have a long standing experience negotiating such due diligence processes, we are also guided by our daily experience. Especially as we will be managing those investments in a post-acquisition period. Think of all the reps & warranties and post-closing issues with related deadlines that need to be monitored.
Some examples of deals we have been involved in include an office building let to the EU on a long lease, over a forward commitment in Lyon (France) to the acquisition and successful sale of a prime retail property on the Antwerp Meir.
Strategic management has many definitions. Ours can be described as taking care of the investment and optimizing all potential it has by qualified and dedicated people.
